01 Initial Enquiry
Submit your enquiry and we’ll get back to you to discuss your project requirements. We’ll walk you through the project brief and what we’ll need from you to get started — whether you’re coming in with a fully formed concept or just an idea.
02 Design Submission & Quote
Once we receive your designs, reference images or sketches, we work out a custom price estimate tailored to your project. Don’t have a tech pack yet? No problem — we’ll let you know what we need and can assist in developing one.
03 Tech Pack Development

2 - 3 WEEKS
04 Fabric & Trims Sourcing
With the tech pack confirmed, we tap into our vetted supplier network to source the right fabrics, trims, labels and packaging for your designs. We present you with options and swatches for selection — ensuring everything aligns with your quality requirements and budget.
1 - 2 WEEKS
05 Sampling & Prototyping
Physical samples are developed by our manufacturing partners. We typically allow for two rounds of sampling to ensure all construction details, fit, and finishing are correct. Each round is reviewed, commented on, and approved by you before we proceed. No bulk production begins until samples are signed off.
5 - 6 WEEKS
06 Bulk Manufacturing
Once samples are approved and the production deposit is received, we place the bulk order with our manufacturing partners. We actively manage the production process — tracking timelines, quality benchmarks and factory communication — so you don’t have to.
6 - 8 WEEKS
07 Quality Control
When production is complete, our quality control team inspects every unit before packing. Any issues identified are corrected on the spot. We only release goods that meet our standards — because your reputation is on the line, and so is ours.
2 - 3 DAYS
08 Packaging & Delivery
The final leg of the journey. Your garments are packed according to spec and we handle all shipping documentation and logistics. Final payment for the balance and freight is settled at this stage. Then we ship your finished products directly to your warehouse or fulfilment centre.

How much does it cost?
All our packages are fully customisable according to your needs. Fill in a quote request and our team will get back to you with a tailored proposal.
What are your MOQs?
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) are the minimum order a factory will work with. We work on a minimum order quantity of 50 units per colour, per style for custom production. For international production (Mauritius, China, India, etc.), we work with 150 pieces.
Do you offer retainer services?
Yes. We offer our services on a per-project basis or on a retainer model, giving you ongoing access to our full network and project management expertise.
